Who it’s for:
You're an established CEO, C-suite executive or founder, with a big remit, spinning many plates across your work and personal life. Executive leaders typically don't need to learn to DO MORE, you need space to BE SUCCESSFUL. It can be a lonely place at the top, so this programme provides a confidential, empathetic, thought-provoking space. It's ideal for developing personal or behavioural attributes, working through career transitions or challenging circumstances, or just to work through what's on your mind.

Chemistry
We’ll arrange a 30min chemistry session (it’s free and no-obligation!) to check that our personal chemistry and style are a good fit, and how coaching together could work.

The Paperwork
Ahead of our first coaching session, you’ll receive my Code of Practice, and a short Client Profile form to complete. We’ll also book in your coaching sessions.

1st Coaching Session
We’ll aim to agree your coaching goals, why they’re important to you, and how you’ll know you’re making progress, in conjunction with your organisation sponsor if appropriate. Don’t worry, these can evolve over time.

The Process
I’ll facilitate a further 10hrs of coaching with you, designed to meet your individual goals and needs. You can decide what works best for you in terms of duration and frequency, and we’ll look to agree this together.

NEDfit Board Appointment Programme
Who it’s for:
NEDfit Board Appointment Programme is for senior leaders who are serious about securing their first non-executive director (NED) role. It's designed for people who want to step into a NED position while remaining in full-time work, or to build a portfolio career after a successful executive career, and make a meaningful contribution at board level.

Stand Out &
Secure Opportunities
Build your networking and search strategy, prepare for applications and interviews, and develop the confidence, influence and resilience needed throughout the recruitment process.
Session 4
Coaching When It Matters Most
Hold this session until you need it*. Whether that's preparing for a specific application, interview rehearsal, or planning your first 90 days as a new NED, we'll use the session where it creates the greatest impact.
* Session 4 must be taken within 12 months of commencing the NEDfit programme.

It can be awkward talking about money, can’t it? However, I appreciate most clients want to know what to expect in terms of cost before embarking on an executive coaching programme. I offer an expert, tailored, competitively priced service to all my clients, whether individual or organisations. To reflect this, my programmes range from £2,500 to £4,800.
