Hello, I’m Nikki

I'm an award-winning Executive Coach and Non-Executive Director, combining commercial judgement with a deep understanding of what drives leadership performance.  My experience spans Executive Committee roles in financial services, including Chief Digital Officer and Chief Brand & Marketing Officer, alongside senior public sector positions. This gives me practical insight into the challenges leaders face in high-pressure, complex environments. 


I coach senior executives, founders, and aspiring non-executive directors seeking clarity, confidence, and impact.  Areas of focus include executive presence, strategic decision-making, board effectiveness, navigating ambiguity, and career transition to NED roles.
